Winter Sports

Kingussie is ideally  located for access to Winterport’s. Cairngorm mountain is on the doorstep and provides the opportunities for skiing and snowboarding. The ski centre also provides easy access to the Cairngorm massif that offers wonderful opportunities ski-touring or walking.

Easy access to the Northern Corries provide mountaineers with  to take on some easy gully climbing or the skilled can go further to take on some of Scotland’s classic winter mountaineering routes.

The Nevis Range ski center on Aonach Mòr, near Fort William is just over an hour from us, as is Ben Nevis for more excellent winter climbing.

The ski center at the Lecht is about 90 minutes journey and offers good beginner skiing.
